I have wagered on millions of hands of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was 16. I have wagered on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of bankroll at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this tactic or defeat the casino, however you will have an abundance of fun. This method is founded on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very enjoyable sometimes. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a couple of years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this tactic! And a number of days ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the runs you notice betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.
Bet 5 dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the initial five dollar bet
Wager five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of $10
Bet $10
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original ten dollar bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Wager $20
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the initial $20 bet
Wager 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet
Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $80
Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 bet
If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!
It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
