I have wagered on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have gambled on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of money at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the game.
I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get rich with this method or beat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I bet with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets extremely exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a number of years ago with $750 after 30 minutes using this method! And a couple of days ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can say good-bye to a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the streaks you witness gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar table.
Bet $5
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 5 dollar bet
Bet 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Bet $10
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the original $10 bet
Bet ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 20 dollar bet
Bet $20
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Wager $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet
Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of $80
Bet eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Wager 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 160 dollar wager
If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is herculean to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
