I have enjoyed countless of hands of 21. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have bet on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of bankroll at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or defeat the house, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling sometimes. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a couple of years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this tactic! And a number of weeks ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can squander a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the runs you see gamble this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.
Wager five dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager
Wager $5
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the initial $10 wager
Wager 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager
Bet $20
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 wager
Bet forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $80
Wager eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the original $80 wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar wager
If you left at this point you would be up $315 !!
It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
